Estem acostumats a valorar el nostre progr\u00e9s o la nostra salut amb els n\u00fameros que ens d\u00f3na la b\u00e0scula, per\u00f2&#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>El pes \u00e9s el m\u00e9s important?<\/h2>\n<p>El pes corporal \u00e9s la suma de massa muscular, \u00f2rgans, massa grassa, aigua, os&#8230; Aquest valor pot variar molt degut a diversos factors:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-663 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/albaribalta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/que-influye-en-el-peso-e1591528905882.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"688\" height=\"628\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Massa muscular i massa grassa<\/strong>: El m\u00fascul pesa m\u00e9s que la grassa, per tant, si a la vegada que estem comen\u00e7ant a fer un programa de p\u00e8rdua de pes, incrementem l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica, ajudarem a mantenir el m\u00fascul o fins i tot en alguns casos, a augmentar-lo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dieta del dia anterior<\/strong>: Quan consumim aliments rics en carbohidrats, el nostre organisme els descompon amb glucosa i els emmagatzema en forma de glucogen. Per cada gram de glucogen que s&#8217;emmagatzema, entren 3g d&#8217;aigua. Per tant, si un dia prenem molts carbohdirats podem guanyar pes en forma d&#8217;aigua durant les primeres hores o dies posteriors a aquest \u00e0pat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cicle menstrual<\/strong>: Les dones, depenent en la fase del cicle menstrual en qu\u00e8 ens trobem, el nostre pes pot variar. Per exemple, quan ens trobem a la fase l\u00fatea (dies abans de la menstruaci\u00f3) incrementa la retenci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids degut als canvis hormonals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aigua i subst\u00e0ncies de rebuig:<\/strong> El nostre estat d&#8217;hidrataci\u00f3 i de subst\u00e0ncies de rebuig influeixen en el nostre pes. No \u00e9s el mateix pesar-se despr\u00e9s de beure un got d&#8217;aigua i amb 3 dies sense anar al lavabo, que justament despr\u00e9s d&#8217;anar-hi i estar deshidratat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inflamaci\u00f3 post exercici<\/strong>: Els nous exercicis poden provocar inflamaci\u00f3 i petits esquin\u00e7aments en les fibres musculars a mesura que augmenta la massa muscular. El cos respondr\u00e0 a aquesta inflamaci\u00f3, retenint l&#8217;aigua temporalment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No haur\u00edem de fixar-nos \u00fanicament en el pes a l&#8217;hora de mesurar els nostres resultats, sin\u00f3, veure m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 i ser conscients de tot el qu\u00e8 ens est\u00e0 aportant aquest canvi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Llavors, en qu\u00e8 ens hem de basar?<\/h2>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on torna a cobrar import\u00e0ncia la difer\u00e8ncia entre &#8221;estar a dieta&#8221; o estar en un proc\u00e9s de canvi d&#8217;h\u00e0bits.
