Doncs b\u00e9, anem a veure si \u00e9s veritat.<\/p>\n<p>Primer de tot, recordem que no hi ha CAP aliment, que per si sol engreixi o tingui la capacitat de fer-nos perdre pes; hi ha molts factors que intervenen en la p\u00e8rdua o guany de pes. Degut al seu alt contingut en fibra, ens aportar\u00e0 molta <strong>sacietat<\/strong>, i per tant, al mantenir-nos tips durant m\u00e9s temps ens ajudar\u00e0 a no picar entre hores.<\/p>\n<p>Quan ja \u00e9s <strong>molt madur,<\/strong> en canvi,\u00a0la proporci\u00f3 de <strong>sucre<\/strong> augmenta i s&#8217;absorbeixen m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid. Per tant, pot ser una bona opci\u00f3 per consumir abans d&#8217;anar a fer <strong>esport<\/strong> o per a <strong>donar gust dol\u00e7<\/strong> als batuts o receptes dolces.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Beneficis de consumir pl\u00e0tan<\/h3>\n<p>Per acabar m&#8217;agradaria recordar els beneficis que ens aporta el pl\u00e0tan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fibra<\/strong>: Ens proporciona sacietat, far\u00e0 que ens mantinguem <strong>tips <\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 0.9rem;\">durant m\u00e9s temps.
