Si busquem una activitat d&#8217;alta intensitat o de for\u00e7a no \u00e9s una bona estrat\u00e8gia.<\/li>\n<li>El gust dol\u00e7 i la ingesta d&#8217;aliments estimulen al cervell donant-li el senyal de que hi ha prou energia per gastar. Si no estem acostumats a entrenar en dej\u00fa el nostre cervell pensar\u00e0 que no tenim prou energia per rendir (quan hem vist que en realitat, els dip\u00f2sits de glucogen estan gaireb\u00e9 intactes) = menys motivaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Quins aliments\/begudes puc prendre abans d&#8217;entrenar?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Aigua o infusions sense sucre: No ens aporten calories, per tant, no alteren la glucosa en sang.<\/li>\n<li>te o caf\u00e8 sol: Tampoc aporten quasi energia.
