{"id":476,"date":"2020-03-17T00:33:43","date_gmt":"2020-03-16T22:33:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/albaribalta.com\/?p=476"},"modified":"2020-07-13T16:47:43","modified_gmt":"2020-07-13T14:47:43","slug":"recepta-de-ramen-thermomix","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/albaribalta.com\/index.php\/2020\/03\/17\/recepta-de-ramen-thermomix\/","title":{"rendered":"Recepta de ramen amb i sense thermomix"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Recepta de ramen de pollastre amb fideus integrals i  de carbass\u00f3 (45 minuts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>5-10g de gengibre fresc<\/li><li>3 dents d&#8217;all<\/li><li>60 grams de salsa de soja<\/li><li>2 cullerades de mel <\/li><li>20g d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva <\/li><li>300g de pollastre sense pell (tallat a tires)<\/li><li>2000 g d&#8217;aigua<\/li><li>150g de fideus de blat integrals<\/li><li>1 carbass\u00f3<\/li><li>750g caldo de pollastre<\/li><li>10g vinagre d&#8217;arr\u00f2s<\/li><li>1\/2 bitxo tallat a rod\u00e0nxes<\/li><li>1-2 pastanagues tallades a rodanxes (100g)<\/li><li>3 bolets shiitake<\/li><li>2 ous<\/li><li>80g porro tallat a rodanxes<\/li><li>1 cullerada de pasta de miso<\/li><li>1-2 cebes tendres tallades a rodanxes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Posar en el vas el gingebre, l&#8217;all, 30 g de salsa de soja, la mel i 10 g d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva. Triturar 8 seg \/ vel 7. <strong>Sense thermomix: triturar aquests ingredients<\/strong><\/li><li>Abocar sobre les tires de pollastre col\u00b7locades en un recipient i barrejar perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;impregnin de manera uniforme. Deixar marinar durant 30 minuts. <\/li><li>Posar 1500 g d&#8217;aigua al vas i escalfar 15 min \/ 100 \u00b0 C \/ vel 1.<strong>Sense thermomix: coure els fideus (pas 5) i a l&#8217;\u00faltim minut afegir els espaguetis de carbass\u00f3(pas 4).<\/strong> <strong>Posar a coure els ous dusos en una altre olla.<\/strong><\/li><li>Tallar el carbass\u00f3 amb forma d&#8217;espaguetis (spiralizer o a m\u00e0). D&#8217;aquesta manera redu\u00efm el contingut de carbohidrats, ja que no hi tirem tants espaguetis de blat.<\/li><li>Afegir els fideus i programar el temps indicat al paquet i a l&#8217;\u00faltim minut afegir els espaguetis de carbass\u00f3 100\u00baC \/ Gir Invers \/ Velocitat Cullera. Colar els fideus i reservar en un bol.<\/li><li>Esc\u00f3rrer les tires de pollastre i posar el l\u00edquid que hem fet servir per marinar al got juntament amb  el brou de pollastre, 500 g d&#8217;aigua, 30 g de salsa de soja, el vinagre d&#8217;arr\u00f2s i el bitxo . <strong>Sense thermomix: Preparar la barreja i escalfar-ho a foc lent.<\/strong><\/li><li>Posar les tires de pollastre escorregudes dins el recipient Varoma juntament amb la pastanaga, el porro, els bolets shiitake i els ous repartits entre les tires de pollastre . Tapar el Varoma i programa 15 min \/ Varoma \/ vel 1. <strong>Sense thermomix: saltejar el pollastre juntament amb la pastanaga, porro i els bolets. Un cop cuits afegir la pasta de miso saltejar uns minuts, afegir el caldo (del pas 6) i dur-ho a ebullici\u00f3 uns minuts.<\/strong><\/li><li>Afegir al vas la pasta de miso i barrejar 20 seg \/ vel 3.<\/li><li>Servir i a disfrutar!<\/li><\/ol>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recepta de ramen de pollastre amb fideus integrals i de carbass\u00f3 (45 minuts).
