{"id":364,"date":"2020-02-16T23:55:22","date_gmt":"2020-02-16T21:55:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/albaribalta.com\/?p=364"},"modified":"2020-07-13T16:48:10","modified_gmt":"2020-07-13T14:48:10","slug":"granola-casolana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/albaribalta.com\/index.php\/2020\/02\/16\/granola-casolana\/","title":{"rendered":"Granola casolana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Recepta saludable i f\u00e0cil per a substituir els cereals comercials, que nom\u00e8s porten farines refinades i molt de sucre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>2 bol de civada en flocs<\/li><li>1 bol de flocs d&#8217;espelta\/arr\u00f2s inflat<\/li><li>\u00bc de bol de fruits secs tallats (avellanes\/ametlles\/anous)<\/li><li>\u00bc de bol de d\u00e0tils, panses o fruita dessecada<\/li><li>2 preses de xocolata >85%<\/li><li>2 cullerades de mel<\/li><li> 1 cullerada cacau en pols o si li volem donar un toc diferent t\u00e9 chai <\/li><li>1-2 cullerades de canyella<\/li><li>1 pl\u00e0tan  aixafat (si feu molta quantitat, 2 pl\u00e0tans) <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Preescalfar el forn a 180\u00ba.<\/li><li>Tallar els d\u00e0tils o la fruita dessecada , els fruits secs i la xocolata a trossos petits.<\/li><li>Agafar una plata de forn i \u00a0barrejar tots els ingredients juntament amb els pl\u00e0tans aixafats.<\/li><li>Enfornar uns 10 minuts a 180-200\u00ba fins que quedi torrat.
