El el seg\u00fcent <a href=\"http:\/\/albaribalta.com\/index.php\/2020\/01\/06\/sucre-i-salut\/\">enlla\u00e7<\/a> podreu veure quina \u00e9s la quantitat m\u00e0xima recomanada per la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/es\">OMS<\/a> de sucre al dia, quins efectes t\u00e9 per a la nostre salut i com el podem substituir per opcions m\u00e9s saludables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta recepta he utilitzat el <strong>d\u00e0til<\/strong>, una fruita que cont\u00e9 sucre(fructosa) per\u00f2 no produeix el mateix efecte que el sucre refinat en el nostre cos. Per cada 100 grams de d\u00e0tils ens aporta 8 grams de <strong>fibra<\/strong>; aquesta fibra far\u00e0 que disminueixi l&#8217;\u00edndex gluc\u00e8mic, \u00e9s a dir, la fructosa del d\u00e0til passar\u00e0 de forma m\u00e9s dosificada a la nostra sang. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s ens aporta <strong>Ferro<\/strong>, <strong>F\u00f2sfor<\/strong> i <strong>Calci<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 32%\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"278\" height=\"214\" src=\"http:\/\/albaribalta.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-351\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<ul><li>200 grams d&#8217;avellanes (les podeu comprar torrades o crues). Millor comprar-les torrades i pelades.<\/li><li>12grams cacau pur en pols<\/li><li>15g oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/li><li>60 ml beguda vegetal\/llet.( Jo he utilitzat llet de civada perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s m\u00e9s dol\u00e7a).<\/li><li>15g pasta de d\u00e0tils (comprar d\u00e0tils sencers).<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Posar els d\u00e0tils en remull com a m\u00ednim 30 minuts.<\/li><li>Triturar els d\u00e0tils juntament amb una mica d&#8217;aigua fins que quedi un pasta.     \u25b6\ufe0fReservar 15g i la resta guardar-ho en un pot de vidre per endolcir properes receptes<\/li><li>&nbsp;En cas de comprar avellanes crues \u27a1\ufe0f Torrar-les a la paella. Si ja les heu comprat torrades i no cal pelar-les \u27a1\ufe0f Triturar-les fins que ens quedi una crema. S&#8217;ha de tenir paci\u00e8ncia, ja que potser tarda una mica.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Afegir la resta d&#8217;ingredients (pasta de d\u00e0tils, cacau, oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i beguda vegetal) i triturar-ho tot fins que quedi ben integrat.<\/li><li>Guardar en un pot de vidre herm\u00e8tic.<\/li><li>Agafar un tros de pa integral i untar-lo amb la crema.
